🚚 Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Cancellations

We accept returns or cancellations only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or is missing from the order.

  • You report the issue immediately upon delivery.

  • The shipment is signed as “damaged on arrival” with the courier.

❌ We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Shipping delays beyond our control

📝 If an exception is made:

  • You must return the product at your own cost.

  • Items must be unused and safely packed with tracking.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection.

2. Unclaimed Shipments

If your package is unclaimed and returned to us:

  • We can reship it for an additional shipping fee.

  • Or you may cancel the order and receive a refund minus:

    • The original shipping cost

    • A 500 THB service fee

3. Refunds

If your return/cancellation is approved:

  • Return the item with tracking and proper packaging.

  • After inspection, we’ll email you confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
    (Processing time depends on your bank.)

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact info@nurathai.com

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Use a safe, trackable courier.

  • We recommend shipping insurance for items over $75.

  • If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover the reshipping cost.
