1. Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns or cancellations only if:

The product arrives damaged or is missing from the order.

You report the issue immediately upon delivery.

The shipment is signed as “damaged on arrival” with the courier.

Dissatisfaction with the product

Shipping delays beyond our control
📝 If an exception is made:

You must return the product at your own cost.

Items must be unused and safely packed with tracking.

Refunds will be processed after inspection.
2. Unclaimed Shipments
If your package is unclaimed and returned to us:

We can reship it for an additional shipping fee.

Or you may cancel the order and receive a refund minus:

The original shipping cost

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We recommend shipping insurance for items over $75.

If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover the reshipping cost.
