📦 SHIPPING POLICY

🚚 1. Shipping Times & General Info

- 📦 Orders are processed and packed within 48 hours
- ✈️ Standard shipping is included to most countries
-🌍 Standard shipping takes 1–3 weeks worldwide

📬 Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you don’t receive it within 48 hours, please contact us.

⏳ NuraThai is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs
- Holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics

We do not offer refunds for delayed deliveries.

📭 2. Unclaimed Shipments & Wrong Addresses

- If your package is not collected, it may be returned to us after a holding period.
- We can reship it (new shipping fee applies) or refund you minus:
  - Initial shipping fee 
  - A 500 THB service fee

📌 This also applies to shipments returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order.

📦 3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

- Always inspect your package before signing for delivery.
- If damaged, note it with the delivery agent. Do not sign without reporting damage — we cannot help if damage is not reported at delivery.

- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- Or email us at info@nurathai.com — we’ll do our best to help
